Disponent Fritz Malmström

Welcome!

The historic Brukshotellet has a local owner and the interior design idea is to take the hotel back to its roots and recount the local industry history with elements of our fantastic local animal and nature life.

The hotel is centrally located in Skinnskatteberg with only a couple of minute walk from the train/ bus station, shops and restaurants. We offer 17 newly renovated rooms in different sizes and standards that suit everyone from the business traveler to the family. Choose to stay at Brukshotellet with higher room standard options or in the nearby Annexet where we have larger size rooms and also accept dogs.

The room price always include free wifi, parking, lounges with coffee / tea and TV, sauna & relax, gym, activity room with ping pong, guest kitchen, large terrace, and barbecue area in our large and lush garden. Brukshotellet also offers breakfast and classic Swedish “husmanskost” for lunch / dinner. A café and mini-kiosk are also available at the hotel.

Locally owned hotell where we want to create a home-away-from- home feeling and we help solve your practical problems. Welcome!

The man in the picture is Fritz Malmström and he was the first head engineer at the local factory that was built in 1950
